We are seeking a passionate, skilled and reflective Class Teacher who will champion this ethos and ensure that all learners — including those with SEND — thrive.

We are seeking a teacher who:
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
- Has a strong understanding of inclusive practice and differentiated teaching
- Is confident in meeting a range of SEND needs and working alongside our SENCO
- Builds strong, positive relationships with children, staff and families
- Creates a classroom where all pupils feel seen, safe and celebrated
- Demonstrates creativity in planning and delivering an engaging, accessible curriculum
- Is reflective, proactive and keen to contribute to whole‑school development
- Recognises the vital importance of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
